The Department of Mathematics of the University "Dunārea de Jos" (Galaţi, România), in conjunction with the Centre for Discrete Mathematics & Theoretical Computer Science (CDMTCS, Auckland, New Zealand) and the Department of Mathematics & Statistics of the University of Canterbury, (Christchurch, New Zealand), is organising a workshop/conference on Constructivity, Complexity, and Fuzziness. The workshop will be held in the Faculty of Sciences in Galaţi, and will consist of mini-lecture-series and presentations of original papers.
Prospective participants should note that the FCT '99 meeting will be held at Iasi, România, on 30 August-3 September 1999.

Original papers are solicited in all aspects of constructivity, complexity and fuzziness. Surveys of recent work are particularly encouraged. Authors should submit papers, either in hard copy by post or electronically by email, to the address below. Electronic submissions should be either in compressed PostScript form at for Windows 95 or LaTeX source files. Since the proceedings of this meeting will be published only in summary form (through CDMTCS), authors may present papers that have been submitted for publication elsewhere.
